Before placing your trademark order

Your order includes the selected service package and the displayed USPTO base application fees. Our team reviews your trademark, goods and services, filing basis and class selection before filing.

Fees and additional work

The current base application fee is $350 per class. Additional USPTO charges may apply to your application. Any work or fees outside your itemized order require separate review and your approval. International assistance is quoted separately.

Research and registration

Complimentary comprehensive research with a new filing is carried out by our expert team. A search report cannot guarantee registration or the absence of all conflicts. An order or payment does not mean your application has been filed. Filing requires the necessary information, review and authorization.

Monitoring

Optional monitoring costs $499 for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. Monitoring included in Diamond or Elite is not charged again; your case manager confirms its schedule and scope in your account.

Changes and cancellation

Contact info@trademarksexpert.com before authorizing work if you need clarification about the engagement, cancellation or refund terms applicable to your matter. Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. Government fees already paid to the USPTO are governed by the USPTO’s refund rules. Additional engagement documents may be provided for your review before filing.
